This has caused many challenges for tour operators and travel agencies in Vietnam and Russia. A meeting to discuss this issue was held on Tuesday by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Vietnam with the aim of finding solutions to facilitate the operation of the two countries' travel agencies.
