Vietnamese lumber companies prove origin of wood following VPA/FLEGT regulations

According to the General Department of Forestry, there are more than 4,000 enterprises in the wood industry and 340 craft villages. Together, they employ millions of workers that have an export processing capacity of up to 25 million cubic meters of wood each year. The FLEGT license will allow Vietnamese wood products to reach the European market, which shows that Vietnamese wood brands can sell a lot of products in this market and in many other markets around the world.
