This is the belief of Lê Việt Quốc, a Vietnamese software engineer who has made his name known in the tech world. Quoc is now part of Google Brain, a deep-learning research project at Google.
With his reseasrch, since 2014, Lê Việt Quốc has made it to Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s list of (the top) 35 innovators under 35.
