This solution demonstrates the synchronous connection between central agencies and ministries, provinces, cities, even to the grassroots level, such as with schools, hospitals, and businesses. This connection model includes wide ranges of intelligence and utility applications based on large data bases, real-time information, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics algorithms, and integrated management center at all levels, covering more than 20 beneficiary groups.
