Vietnam scored High in the Online Services Index (OSI), Human Capital Index (HCI), and E-Participation Index (EPI).
Among the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Vietnam was ranked sixth after Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Brunei.
The country aims to be among the top four countries in ASEAN in the e-government development index by 2020.
