Vietnamese farmers have also learnt to access the Internet to become "modern farmers". The project aims to train 40 trainers and 500 staff members who will directly train 10,000 farmers in nine provinces through online and offline training sessions. This activity is expected to benefit 30,000 more farmers through online training programs.
