Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc gave the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Information and Communications a ball and shirt signed by members of the U23 Vietnam team and the Prime Minister on Thursday.
The two ministries will hold an auction of the items before Lunar New Year. The funds collected from the item gift will be donated to families who have contributed to the revolution and poor households.
After returning from the 2018 AFC U23 Championship with the title of runner-up, the football team was received attentions and encouragements from millions of Vietnamese red- clad fans.
