Vietnam to address disproportionate poverty among ethnic groups

VTV.vn - Vietnam has achieved the poverty reduction Millennium Development Goal. However, life in rural areas for people of ethnic groups still remains very challenging.

To show the country’s commitment towards poverty eradication, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has issued a decree focusing on poverty reduction for ethnic people in Vietnam.
