The Russian Center of Science and Culture in Hanoi is the representative agency of Rossotrudnichestvo in Vietnam. For the last 12 years, the Center has hosted a wide range of events to make Russian arts, literature, and the Russian language more accessible for Vietnamese people.

As part of the 90thanniversary celebration, an exhibition themed “90 years of public diplomacy” was also held, which featured fascinating exhibits from many different countries around the world.

Currently, deepening the long-standing friendship and mutual understanding between the people of Vietnam and Russia is seen as an integral part of bilateral relations for the two countries.
In addition to giving scholarships to Vietnamese students, Rossotrudnichestvo also holds periodic activities including Russian language Olympiads, university open days, scientist and business exchanges, and cultural festivals. With these contributions, the agency has proven itself to be a bridge linking Vietnamese and Russian people.
