Vietnam promotes internationalising higher education

The event attracted the participation of academics and education experts. Speaking at the event, experts contributed ideas on changes in higher education across the globe as well as exchanged international experiences on how to internationalise higher education. The conference is also the chance to enhance co-operation between Vietnamese and foreign universities.
