That was a statement made by Minister, Chairman of the Office of the Government Mai Tien Dung at the Spring Meetings 2019 held by the World Bank in Washington D.C on April 13th.
Mr. Dung said that Vietnam has been using IT to develop the country's e-government since 2000 and has achieved certain positive results. He also said that developed countries and world organizations, such as the World Bank, should continue to take the lead and share their good experiences with developing countries.
