The event offers the chance for businesses to exchange information in various fields of the medical sector and step up investment in health services development. Major products on display at the 535 stalls include pharmaceuticals, health food, medical equipment, health care products, chemicals and lab equipment.
As part of the exhibition there will be consultancies on medical law, pharmaceutical markets, public health care and epidemics prevention. The Vietnam Medi-Pharm was first held in 1994 and has become an annual event that's held every May in Hanoi.
