Vietnam further ensures rights of children

The event was attended by nearly 18,000 people nationwide. The Party and the State have always prioritized the rights and benefits of children.  Children must be the first to enjoy the fruits of socio-economic development. The PM asked that the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs submit a plan to improve support for children in mountainous provinces and ethnic groups, on the occasion of the Day for the Poor in Vietnam on October 17.
