The cooperation between Microsoft Vietnam, ChildFund Vietnam and the Department of Children's Affairs, under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, took place on Thursday.
At the signing of the agreement to commit to child protection, stakeholders also discussed the initiative to build a national network, linking agencies, organizations and businesses to promote child protection in cyberspace across all 3 levels: prevention, support and intervention.
According to a UNICEF report, one in every three internet users in the world is a child. On the Internet, children still have to face many risks, such as abuse of privacy, fraud, and violence.
