On April 15 he met Romanian President Klaus Iohannis, Romanian President of the Senate Călin Popescu and President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Romanian Parliament Liviu Dragnea.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc then had a meeting with Liviu Dragnea, President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Romanian Parliament. The Vietnamese Government leader suggested that Romania’s Chamber of Deputies should focus more on sharing experience between the two parliaments, and creating partnerships among the localities of the two countries.
President of the Chamber of Deputies Liviu Dragnea said that this is an important time for bilateral cooperation in economy-trade, oil, and gas, education and labor, especially in the sustainable management of water resources in the Mekong River and Danube subregions.
