Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc reaffirmed the message that Vietnam is not aspiring to be "the best in globalization" but wants to be the friend of the best in order to become a prosperous country.
The digitization of administrative procedures will also be carried out in the nearest possible future.
