Vietnam adapts new trade agreements

Agreements including CPTPP and EVFTA have many provisions which require Vietnam's business and investment law to be amended. So, how has Vietnam adapted to the new trade agreements. The National Assembly of Vietnam is considering amendments to many laws, including the Law on Enterprises, Investment, and Land. Vietnam is focusing on the important task of creating a transparent legal environment, meeting the requirements of extensive international integration.
