Vietnam achieves USD$59 million trade surplus
VTV.vn - Vietnam has recorded a trade surplus of USD$59 million in the first 10 months of 2015, according to the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
From January to October, the nation exported US$6.6 billion worth of goods, while its imports fetched more than US$6.5 billion.
Trade surplus in the first half of October reduced the trade deficit from over USD$4 billion to USD$3.9 billion. Accumulated trade turnover as of mid-October reached nearly USD$257.5 billion.
