Experts suggested that local authorities should closely co-operate to deal with global climate change. Additionally, they also supposed that since climate change is a rising issue, regional connections in response to the climate change are still limited. To strengthen links in the future, local authorities should develop sustainable climate change response programmes and regional links should focus on the research and construction of a database system.
