He made this call in a speech in Caracas on Monday. He affirmed that the early vote will prove the support of the people as well as be a peaceful and democratic solution to the crisis in the country. The Venezuelan leader also spoke highly the first talks between Maduro’s administration and its opposition members in Oslo, Norway. He expressed his belief in the talks and said that he wanted peace for the country, but at the same time stressed the determination to protect the country’s sovereignty.
