USITC identified that steel pipes imported from Oman, Pakistan and the UAE caused significant damage to the domestic production while products from Vietnam met conditions and did not cause substantial injury for the US steel industry. Based on the commission's conclusion, the US Department of Commerce won't impose anti-dumping duties on Vietnamese products while levying anti-dumping duties circular welded carbon quality steel pipes from Oman, UAE and Pakistan. Results of investigations will be published on December 27 on ITC website.
