US furthers co-operation with Vietnam
VTV.vn - A delegation of Vietnamese embassy in the US led by Ambassador Pham Quang Vinh recently paid a visit to the Old Dominion University and the US Naval Station in Norfolk, Virginia State.
This was considered an opportunity to further US-Vietnam relations, especially in defence in the coming period. The US values its ties with Vietnam, the hosts stated, underlining their belief that the US-Vietnam strategic partnership, including military collaboration, would bolster peaceful developments in the Asia-Pacific region.
