Unregistered foreign tour guides
VTV.vn - Vietnamese laws prescribe that foreign tour guides must have international certificates while operating in Vietnam.
However, many of them are going against regulations. The phenomenon is becoming more popular despite being illegal. In only one hour, the area surrounding the Notre Dame Cathedral welcomed ten foreign tourist groups with unregistered guides. No one can be sure they are giving correct information to the tourist
