In a recent video on Facebook, President Zelenskiy said he was ready to hold talks with President Putin in the Belarusian capital, Minsk. He also said the talks will be about Crimea and the current situation in Donbas, adding that the leaders of the United States, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom will be present at the talks.
President Putin's spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, told reporters in Moscow that he was not prepared to respond at the moment, but the Kremlin will consider President Zelenskiy's proposal. Tension has still remained in the two countries's relation because of the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
