The exhibition featured 29 booths of units, organisations and enterprises from the RoK, and several Vietnamese cities and provinces, including Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thanh Hoa.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi said that the exhibition is part of a series of events held during the Thanh Hoa-RoK meeting commemorating the 30th founding anniversary of the Vietnam-Republic of Korea diplomatic relations, to connect the delegation of the RoK Embassy, agencies, organisations and businesses from the RoK, with the provinces and cities of Vietnam attending the meeting.
The exhibition is expected to create opportunities for localities and businesses from Vietnam and the RoK to promote and introduce products, as well as exchange and expand business cooperation, thereby, expanding linkages and promoting the development of potential markets in both countries, he noted.
The exhibition is scheduled to run until March 26.
