Typhoon Mujigae to Impact China, Vietnam

The typhoon is moving to the Gulf of Tonkin at a speed of about 20 km/hour and is expected to make landfall in Vietnam today. It will bring heavy rain in the upper North and northeastern region.

Most provinces in the Northern part of the country will be lashed by moderate to heavy rains. Rainfall of 100 mm is expected in these provinces, accompanied by thunderstorms, tornadoes, and strong winds.
