Tuoi Thanh Xuan sequel is expected to air in 2016
VTV.vn – The sequel of the collaborated drama between Vietnam – South Korea “Tuoi Thanh Xuan” is being planned for production and broadcasting in 2016.

Tuoi Thanh Xuan drama is ready to be aired in South Korea on StoryOn channel on June and in other countries on Channel M. Besides, another good news for fans is on this June, CJ E&M will visit Vietnam to work on the plan to produce the sequel of Tuoi Thanh Xuan with VTV, and expected to be aired on 2016.

This news was revealed a little from director Khai Anh after the ending of the drama and directors’ letter to audience. According to the letter: “We are planning for the next collaboration and why not lets the couple Nha Phuong – Kang Tae Oh appears again?”. Therefore, audience hoped to see Nha Phuong and Kang Tae Oh on the screen one more time.

After airing on 12/2014, the collaborated drama between Vietnam – South Korea Tuoi Thanh Xuan was quickly well-received from audience and became the most favorite drama. However, the open ending left many audiences unsatisfied. Viewers yearn to see Linh and Junsu stay together instead of an vague and unclear relationship between 3 protagonists. Most of the audience hopes to see Linh and Junsu happy together. Thus, they are expecting a sequel for the answer.

Kang Tae Oh and Nha Phuong, 2 of the protagonists, also left messages to the audience. Kang Tae Oh said that even the ending may not satisfy everyone but the most important thing is that we all had a sensational moment with Linh, Junsu, Khanh, and other characters. Meanwhile, Nha Phuong thanked Kang Tae Oh for supporting her during their filming time.

Director Khai Anh, as a director, expressed that he always wants to have more well produced and good quality films such as Tuoi Thanh Xuan. “If the audience shows their support, there’s no reason for not presenting Linh, Junsu and Khanh on the screen again” – said Khai Anh.
