Tuna fishermen face difficulties in switching jobs
VTV.vn - The El Nino phenomenon has led to a number of problems, including a reduction in the number of tuna. This forced many fishermen in the South Central Coast to get new jobs to make up for their losses. However, this is not an easy task.
Switching jobs doesn’t go very smoothly for fishermen, because they have to borrow more money. Many of them depend on preferential loans from the working capital under Government Decree no. 89. However, not all fishermen can have access to this kind of funding.
