Transport sector must meet high demand during Tet

This request was made by Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung as he conducted inspections at Gia Lam Railway Station and Giap Bat Coach Station in Hanoi on Friday. The Deputy PM also asked the railway sector to ensure safety for passengers and for the Ministry of Transport to tighten supervision over coach services to prevent surging fares. He also asked authorities of all levels to carry out measures to prevent drivers from drinking and using drugs to prevent traffic accidents.
