The conference was held at the Hanoi People's Committee headquarters and connected online to the People's Committees of districts, towns, communes and wards.
At the conference, civil servants and city officials were instructed by the technical team of Viettel Business Solutions Corporation to download and install, how to register an account, and create field reports on the iHanoi application, as well as using utility groups to serve people, organisations and businesses.
In the coming time, the city will continue to improve iHanoi and add other amenities. Currently, all 22 departments and branches and 30 districts in the area have accounts to receive and process feedback from people and businesses.
As of July 15, 2024, the iHanoi application has over 52,000 accounts. The number of visitors following and exploiting increased rapidly and reached more than 20,000 visitors.
