The province just announced that these tourists can contact local healthcare stations to get tested free of charge. They will need to bring documents that can prove they are leaving Hoi An such as flight tickets or train tickets.
After the test, they will have to self-isolate at their accommodation to avoid any external contact until they leave. At the moment, 400 foreign tourists are still staying in Hoi An.
