This decision was made by the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem district. Normally, the pedestrian street welcomes about 3,000 - 5,000 people in the day time and from 15,000 to 20,000 people at night who visit the pedestrian street for entertainment.
Since the outbreak began, this is the second time that Hoan Kiem district has halted operations of the pedestrian street.
