The awards honored four groups of products and services such as hotels, condotels, resorts, restaurant services, travel agencies, and transport services.
A number of special prizes were won by Vietnam Airlines, Paradise Cruises, and Danang's Golden Bridge. One of the ceremony's major focuses was the talk show on digital transformation regarding tourism development, which discussed several ways to create a breakthrough for Vietnamese tourism and how to take advantage of technology.
