The event was organised by Consultancy company Mibrand Vietnam in collaboration with Brand Finance, a UK-based independent branded business valuation and strategy consultancy, to honour businesses that have the top 50 most valuable brands, as well as create opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to better understand the importance of brand development.
At the seminar, Samir Dixit, Managing Director, Brand Finance Asia Pacific, said that the brand in the Fourth Industrial Revolution has a great influence on businesses. Therefore, businesses should focus on branding, promoting their brands and considering the brand as a valuable asset of the business.
In fact, currently, there are still many businesses that neglect brand development but focus on developing their business, products and customers. Businesses, though still building brands everyday, have not yet appreciated the importance of their brand.
Within the framework of the event, the top 50 most valuable Vietnamese brand in 2019 have been honoured. Thereby, confirming the development and brand strength of Vietnamese businesses in 2019.
Accordingly, Viettel Military Telecom Corporation is ranked the most valuable Vietnamese brand, followed by Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, while Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) is ranked at third position.
Brand Finance has used an advanced technique measures in line with the ISO standards to assess these brands.
