Three houses collapse due to flood tides

Border guards and the local authorities have been using sand bags to stop the tides. However, high waves continue to hit houses in the area. The sea of Phu Yen province is very windy because of the tropical depression and high waves continue to hit the coast. Rock embankments are needed to prevent the tides from entring the land. The provincial authorities are taking measures to ensure the residents' safety until the Lunar New Year Holidays before they're evacuated to new resettlement areas.
