Thailand lifts ban on international flights

VTV.vn - Since July 1st, Thailand has lifted a ban on international flights.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand said that only a few groups of people are allowed to enter the country including business travellers and foreigners with spouses, work permits or residency in the country.

People entering Thailand must still comply with the conditions and provisions of the Immigration Law, the Law on Infectious Diseases, the Aviation Law and the Ordinance on Emergency Situations and must be quarantined for 14 days.

Notably, travelers from Japan, Korea, Singapore, China, Hong Kong (China) coming for business purposes can be exempt from the 14-day quarantine if there are legal documents proving they tested negative for Covid-19 before entering the country.
