Many areas that traditionally plant flowers for the Tet period have been severely damaged by floods. In Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh and Phu Yen Province alone, flower-growing areas are facing risks due to floods. There will be an unavoidable fall in quality and quantity of flowers for Tet.
