Others outside the public sector who wish to apply for government support can claim payments of up to 50% for their total study expenses. Under the new project, personnel deployed by the state to the US, Canada, UK and Japan are entitled to a support fund of 1,300 USD, 960 Euros in Northern and Western Europe and 1120 USD in Australia and New Zealand.
