The earthquake also knocked down at least 20 buildings in Izmir, Turkey. So far over 70 people have been rescued from the debris. Search and rescue operations are ongoing at collapsed or damaged buildings. On the Greek island of Samos two teenagers, a boy and a girl, were found dead in an area where a wall had collapsed.
