Experts also suggest raising the foreign ownership ratio, diversifying securities products, and making improvements in short sales and the foreign exchange market’s openness. Although it is unpredictable whether Vietnam can become the best-performing market in Asia this year, experts say that the market will continue to grow well in 2018 as well as attract foreign investors, especially during preparations for the upgrade.
