The president thanked Kalra for his efforts to rally support, resources, and policy consultation for Vietnam’s economic development. The state president asked the IMF to continue assisting Vietnam in finance and policy consultation. He said Vietnam always appreciated the IMF’s recommendations.
Sanjay Kalra expressed his hope that Vietnam would play an increasingly important role in the region.
