State Bank mitigates consequences of cattle loss

As directed by the State Bank, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, as well as commercial banks will cooperate with regional authorities to quantify the losses of local residents. This is in preparation for policies to group, restructure, extend, cut interest, and cancel debts to help residents overcome the consequences of natural disasters. Commercial banks will also apply preferential social welfare programs for poor families who suffered losses from the cold.
