The event, which is jointly held by the provincial Association of Journalists, the provincial Department of Culture and Sports, and the Department of Information and Communications, will be open to the public until February 21.
A spring press festival recently opened at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square in Tuyen Quang City, introducing nearly 370 newspapers, magazines, and special publications for Tet (Lunar New Year) festival by 105 press agencies nationwide.
Meanwhile, more than 500 publications, including magazines, printed and pictorial editions, audio and television products and online newspapers, are being presented vividly with diverse contents at the Nam Dinh provincial library.
Documents from National Party Congresses are also being introduced to the public on the occasion.
In Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, a total of 243 publications are being showcased at a spring festival held by the provincial Department of Information and Communications, and Department of Culture and Sports.
The event, which will run until February 19, is also exhibiting nearly 100 photos on the themes of Vietnam’s sovereignty over its sea and islands, environmental protection and climate change.
As many as 18 press agencies in Thua Thien – Hue Province are showcasing their publications, including printed editions, audio and television products and online newspapers, at a spring press festival that kicked off at 22B Le Loi Street in Hue City. After the event concludes on February 12, all of the publications will be presented to remote communes and border posts in the locality.
