Spring Festival 2016 features 3 major activities: a Fine Arts Exhibition, Spring Fair and Culture Show. The event brings high-quality products and specialties of enterprises and localities throughout the country to the public.

Spring Festival 2016 is also expected to promote the Northwestern region in terms of tourism, as well as help firms gain a foothold in the market.

According to the organizing committee, Spring Festival 2016 will honor cultural values and traditions. The event will run until February 5th.
