Special stamp collection for Year of Rat

VTV.vn - The Ministry of Information and Communications and Vietnam Post Corporation have published a special stamp collection to welcome 2020, the Year of the Rat.

The collection, which was made by artist Nguyễn Quang Vinh, is hoped to make a good start for new year.
