This was one of the main issues discussed at Friday's forum on Human Resource development for the logistics industry and future trends in Vietnam. The forum was organized by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association, the Australia-Vietnam Human Resource Development Program, and VCCI.
The opportunities that come with free trade agreements will be a strong motivator for the logistics industry. However, all these benefits will require the industry to solve the current human resource problem.
