VTV.vn - Quang Binh Province officially launched the construction a solar energy system worth 13.7 million USD on Wednesday.
The project is intended to create a reliable power source for over 1300 households and state owned companies that are not connected to the national power grid. The project will take four years to complete, and will contribute to environmental protection, economic growth and border defence in the region.
