This directive comes from a new circular that was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The new circular aims to give SMEs more opportunities to access the ASEAN market, thus utilizing benefits from tax cuts under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement.
The ministry will also work with related agencies to tighten post-inspection work in order to prevent fraud.
