Second case of coronavirus infection in Vietnam released from hospital

He left Chợ Rẫy hospital in HCMC Tuesday morning. Li Zichao and his father were the first two patients in Vietnam confirmed as having the coronavirus and have received treatment in Chợ Rẫy hospital since January 22nd. The father Li Ding, 66, still needs further treatment.

The treatment of these two patients has gained medical staff at Chợ Rẫy hospital a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister.

Seven units and ten individuals at the Pasteur Institute of HCMC were also awarded certificates of merit.
