Search for downed planes continues despite bad weather

A 13 metre-long oil slick was detected and suspected to be from the missing Casa 212 plane. However, due to large waves and winds, rescue crews have yet to be able to test the oil slick for further examination. Search crews include Vietna’s most modern hospital ship and two ships with seabed scanning devices. The ministry has also directed to ensure the safety for the searching crews during the bad weather.
